CONDITIONS FOR ISSUANCE
PUBLISHING ACTIVITY
- published articles – reports in the amount of at least 10 in any media and format (text, video reports, podcasts, blogs)
- age of majority (18 years), in the case of minors, a JUNIOR PRESS card can be issued with the consent of legal representatives
- capacity to perform legal acts (cannot be issued to persons deprived of their legal capacity)
APPLICATION FOR A PRESS CARD
- the application is available in pdf and word
- formats the applicant fills it out truthfully sends the completed and signed application to the IOIJ contact email
- pays for the issuance of the PRESS CARD and IOIJ service
ISSUANCE OF A PRESS CARD
- after checking the information and data in the application, the selected type of card
- will be issued the card is sent either by email, for the applicant to print on any medium (laminating, printing on plastic cards, etc.) or it can be issued directly by IOIJ and sent in physical form to the address
PRESS CARD VALIDITY
- the validity of the first card is for one calendar year
- the validity of each subsequent card issued is for two years
- the validity is marked on the card the validity of the card can be verified online using the QR code – each card has its own online registration sheet
- an invalid card is marked in the online register
- the card can be invalidated due to loss, or behavior contrary to good morals, for misuse of the card for activities other than journalistic activities, when handing over the card to another person who will use it illegally, or by identifying himself with it
INFORMATION ON THE PRESS CARD, IOIJ SERVICE
- PRESS card (application processing, publication verification, card issuance, registration for online verification, sending the card electronically) the first card is valid for 1 year
- issuance of a PRESS card, a new one after the previous one expires, valid for 2 years
- issuance of a physical PRESS card (printing, laminating, hanging, sending by mail)
- issuance of a replacement or new PRESS card during the validity period
- personalization of the PRESS card, change of OPEN NEWS to other editorial offices
- verification of the card validity online
- invalidation of a stolen card
- independent full verification of the authenticity of the card according to the sent photo service
- support work according to the type of task, individual pricing,
